By using Wizzr, you agree to use the service responsibly and to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wizzr.
What Wizzr provides
Wizzr is an AI reply assistant. It generates suggested replies from conversation text or manually selected screenshots. Suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, suitable, safe, or appropriate for your situation.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before using or sending it. You decide whether and how to use an output, and you remain responsible for the messages you send, the people you contact, and compliance with laws and third-party platform rules.
Acceptable use
You must not use Wizzr to break the law, impersonate or defraud others, harass or threaten people, distribute hateful or sexually exploitative material, facilitate violence or other harm, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, verification codes, or other secrets as conversation context.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide information that is accurate enough for account and support purposes. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Content and intellectual property
You should only submit conversation text or screenshots that you are permitted to use. You retain rights you already have in material you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service. Wizzr's app, branding, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. AI output may not be unique and may resemble other content; review it before use.
Availability and changes
Wizzr may be unavailable, limited, changed, or discontinued, including for maintenance, safety, abuse prevention, provider changes, or other operational reasons. We may update these Terms and the service from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Trials and subscriptions
Wizzr may present trial or subscription information as features are made available. Any future subscription will be subject to the applicable app-store terms, pricing, renewal disclosures, and purchase confirmation shown at the time. Billing is not described here as an operational Wizzr payment process. Once subscriptions are available, cancellation and refund questions will be handled under the applicable Google Play or Apple terms and processes, unless those terms say otherwise.
Disclaimer and limitation
Wizzr is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Wizzr disclaims warranties that the service or AI suggestions will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Wizzr is not responsible for decisions you make or messages you send based on an AI suggestion. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Wizzr and delete your account through the in-app account-deletion flow. Wizzr may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms. See the account-deletion information page for help if you cannot access the app.
